Erin Leigh
President
Founder and President Erin Leigh ventured into the organizing field at the ripe old age of five, when she meticulously organized the stuffed animals on her bed so they would all have equally stunning views of her bedroom. She also kept a strict eye on her family's spaces throughout her childhood, continuously rearranging and organizing the medicine cabinet, pantry, and living room furniture. Little did she know her inherent skills for organization would lead her down an entrepreneurial path.
Following her graduation from The College of William & Mary and a stint in corporate America, Erin started theNeatNiche in March 2010. She immediately joined the National Association of Productivity & Organizing (NAPO) and began educating herself via classes, seminars, and a multitude of books about organization and the organizing industry.
Today, she stands as the proud founder and president of the company. She believes wholeheartedly in tNN's mission: to offer those frustrated and overwhelmed a way out of the chaos and into a more vibrant, fulfilling life. She is proud of her team and the life-changing work they accomplish each and every day.
Though an entrepreneur at heart, Erin is far from a work-aholic. She values down time as a hugely important part of life, and she spends her free time reading Harry Potter, enjoying yoga, and running obstacle races with her husband, Kev.

Amanda Barbe
Organizing Specialist
Organizing Specialist Amanda Barbe joined theNeatNiche in 2015 following five years abroad working alongside her husband, Josh. Upon her return to the US, Amanda found the organizing field a natural fit for her inherent appreciation for organization and her heartfelt desire to serve.
In 2016, Amanda stepped away from organizing to pursue her calling to create a non-profit organization, Unbelievable Promises, to offer counseling and support to international "transplants." With her non-profit established and growing, Amanda returned to theNeatNiche in 2017, ready to resume serving clients through hands-on decluttering and organizing.
While she serves many populations in a variety of ways through her non-profit and her work with theNeatNiche, Amanda also enjoys running, writing, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Xile (pronounced "Sheela," meaning "joy").

Jerrell Moten
Handyman Specialist
An organized house is a well-maintained house, and theNeatNiche makes it easy to do both. Our resident Handyman Specialist, Jerrell Moten, takes the stress out of keeping your home looking and feeling exceptional.

Known for his quality workmanship and ability to surely and steadily see projects through to completion, Jerrell is general contractor certified and holds a certificate in masonry as well. He is happy to undertake small and large projects including: assembling items ordered online; designing, building, installing or rearranging wall-mounted shelving; installing or replacing door locks, light switches and outlets, ceiling fans, and light fixtures; hanging pictures; and much more.

Jerrell also enjoys the design and creativity of larger projects; he recently renovated the third floor of his home. In his spare time, he loves golfing, motorcycling, and spending time with family.

Karen Seiferth Hicks
Team Coordinator
Team Coordinator Karen Seiferth Hicks joined theNeatNiche team in 2016. As the woman behind the business phone line, Karen ensures all clients who contact tNN feel welcomed and supported. She also keeps the tNN team organized, scheduling sales appointments and organizing sessions while coordinating vendor services.

Having experienced and overcome situational disorganization herself, Karen is passionate about connecting clients with services that, as she knows firsthand, can change your life!
Karen is a small business owner who runs her own virtual assisting company (a perfect fit for her administrative and coordinating skills gleaned from her corporate past) and serving clients (like tNN!).
She also ensures she connects with her kids and grandkids every week.

Sofia Owen
Organizing Specialist
Having successfully navigated over a dozen moves in just ten years, all while parenting her three boys, Organizing Specialist Sofia Owen brings an abundance of hands-on experience decluttering, organizing, and rearranging homes to the tNN team.

Her eye for design and flow combines beautifully with her goal-oriented approach to make Sofia incredibly effective at organizing stuff and streamlining spaces. But her gifts don’t stop there. In addition to applying her skills with tNN clients, Sofia also runs her own photography and design company, partnering with businesses and entrepreneurs to create stunning visual content (including photography and website design) that supports their brand.
