Within one three-hour meeting, my organizer was able to design a daily schedule for me which consisted of designated time blocks for each type of task I needed to accomplish. After one week of following my new schedule, I already noticed a huge difference. One, I was much more relaxed knowing that each task had its own assigned time and thus would eventually get done during the week. Two, I got my weekends back!
