Assess
Because we want to make sure we serve you well, we always begin with a two-part assessment.
First, you'll connect with our Team Coordinator by phone. This first call is 100% complimentary; it offers an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and for us to get to know you and understand your organizing needs.

If we determine our services are a fit for your project, you can expect a secondary assessment at the beginning of your first on-site session. Your organizer will invite you to share your spaces and frustrations and ask lots of questions to ensure your experience is top-notch.

Organize
Once you and your organizer have determined how you want to use your time together, the fun begins!
Working alongside you, your organizer will help you create categories, sort through the piles, and encourage you to let go of the things that no longer serve you.

After the decisions are made as to what should stay and what should go, she'll work with you to determine the best way to store the things you love, need, and use so you can always put your fingers on what you need, when you need it.

Enjoy
We often say that organizing isn't really about the stuff... but clearing out excess and streamlining spaces always feels good! It's our goal to wrap up every organizing session in a way that leaves you feeling clear, capable, and confident.
Getting organized is about living life to the fullest. Clearing out the parts of your life that frustrate you allows you to live, move, and breathe with ease and confidence. What you do with all your newfound time and energy is up to you!

during organizing sessions.
We also make every effort to use products you've already purchased –
repurposing containers, making use of existing supplies, and tossing out only what's necessary –
to minimize waste and the impact of our work together.
If you're interested, we'll also suggest cleaning solutions compatible with a healthy home or office so you can be certain you're doing what's best for your family, business, yourself, and the planet.

Code of Ethics
theNeatNiche abides by the Code of Ethics laid out by the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO). In addition, we promise:

Please note that clients must be 18 years or older. theNeatNiche can work with teens and children, but a parent must be present and involved.
Payments
Payment is required prior to each session or upfront upon the organizer's arrival on-site. Sessions are invoiced via PayPal; theNeatNiche accepts cash, checks, and major credit cards; credit card payments are preferred. Bounced checks incur an additional $35 fee.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours' advance notice for all cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of service will incur the following fees:

First cancellation: Get Out of Jail Free (no penalty).

Second cancellation: Billed at 50 percent of the agreed-upon rate for the total time scheduled.

Third and subsequent cancellations: Billed at 100 percent of the agreed-upon rate for the total time scheduled.
In addition to payment for the cancelled session(s), payment will henceforth be required upfront, before future sessions are scheduled.
